Releasing the case means a member of staff is vouching for the address, and their name goes on that decision in the audit log.

VFD-4402 is the same gmail address on Lena Kowalczyk's 2025 H1 record, released by staff and then confirmed. VFD-4452 is the contrast: Ruth Fenwick named a different manager at the same company, Sam Idowu answered from s.idowu@brightharbour.co.uk, a domain Bright Harbour holds, and it went through without ever reaching this queue. That is what a passing match looks like, one row below a failing one.

Ask for a work address puts the request back to her with the reason, which is the right answer most of the time, because a manager who has a company mailbox will usually just give it.
